All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. Should there be any product issues within the 12 months, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issues.
If there is nothing wrong with the product and you would still like to return, then you are welcome to return your unopened treatos within 14 days of purchase. Please note that return postage will be at your cost.
If you have a particularly fussy dog and are not sure whether they will like the treatos, we recommend purchasing our Starter Pack as it allows you to open one bag (Taster Bag) for your dog to try the treatos and still be eligible for a return, should they not like it.
Every product in our store, except the Starter Pack, must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund.
