14 Days Chew Guarantee

The 14 Days Chew Guarantee only applies to the Ferguson Starter Pack. 

Since we only accept returns of unopened bags, it feels silly to write a return policy that doesn't allow your doggos to actually try our treatos.

Hence, this chew guarantee allows you to open 1 bag - the Taster Bag (and only the taster bag!) to give your doggos a try of our treatos before deciding to return it. 

In the rare instance (we have a 0.1% return rate) that your dog doesn't like the treatos in the Taster Bag, here are your return options: 

Option #1: 10% Refund 
Keep the starter pack and avoid paying return postage and we'll refund you 10% of the Starter Pack Purchase Price. Maybe gift the treats to your neighbour or a pup friend, we are certain a dog you know will love our treatos. 

Option #2: 100% Store Credit 
Maybe the starter pack just wasn't for you. We're happy for you to keep the treats so you avoid paying return postage and we'll give 100% store credit for you to try something else on our menu.

You can also gift your store credit to a pup friend via a gift card -contact us for more information.  

Option #3: 80% Refund
Get 80% of the Starter Pack Purchase Price refunded by returning the entire pack back to us. You will have to cover return postage back to Melbourne, Victoria. 

Notes: 

  • If you open any other bag other than the Taster Bag in the starter pack, the Chew Guarantee will no longer apply.
  • If you purchase other items with the starter pack, the Chew Guarantee refund rules will only apply to the starter pack.  
  • If you prefer a 100% refund of the starter pack, then all bags must remain unopened as per our general returns policy. 

General Returns Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at woof@fergusonstreatos.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that we can't refund any shipping charges. And all returns postage will be at buyer's expense, unless product is damaged or faulty. 

Other Issues

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept any items that are opened from its original packaging, used, or past the 14-days return period after receiving your item.  

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
