Size and Texture:

Being a natural product, pieces vary in size but are generally between 5-15cm tall and 3-5cm wide. Our Beef Tendons are VERY HARD and TOUGH. You will not be able to break them up into smaller pieces. We cannot guarantee size consistencies but most bags will have some long and some short pieces.

Shelf Life

All of our treatos are completely dry and shelf stable. We recommend consuming all treatos within 12 months of your purchase date.

Storage Instructions

Best stored covered in a cool dry dark place. Ideally where the doggos can't get to them without you!

Product Guarantee & Returns

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. Should there be any product issues within the 12 months, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issues.

If there is nothing wrong with the product and you would still like to return, then you are welcome to return your unopened treatos within 14 days of purchase. Please note that return postage will be at your cost.

If you have a particularly fussy dog and are not sure whether they will like the treatos, we recommend purchasing our Starter Pack as it allows you to open one bag (Taster Bag) for your dog to try the treatos and still be eligible for a return, should they not like it.

Every product in our store, except the Starter Pack, must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund.
