How are the Treatos made?

Treatos are Air Dried* Single Proteins

Everything in our range are single proteins air dried* to perfection. That's it! No additives or preservatives, 100% natural. When we say Chicken Jerky on the packet, it literally is just chicken fillets...dried!

Also, all our Treatos are made from hooman-grade ingredients! That means no road kill or strange animal off-cuts that wouldn't make it into a hooman butcher. 

*When we say air dry, we use air between 70-100 degrees Celsius to gently dry for 24-72 hours. 

Where are the Treatos made?

Victoria, Australia

Our treats are manufactured in Victoria, Australia. You can be rest assured that all the ingredients are 100% Australian and Treatos are produced under the safest conditions in PrimeSafe accredited facilities. 

When will I get my Treatos?

Note that shipping (on average) can take between 2-20 Business Days from the moment the order leaves our warehouse.
Your orders will generally leave our warehouse between 2-4 business days since you placed the order.
There are a lot of factors that determine how fast your order will get to you and unfortunately none of which we have any control over. 

If your parcel is lost or doesn't arrive as per the tracking page, please email us at woof@fergusonstreatos.com.au and we are always happy to re-send your order again without incurring any fees. Though this is rare, it has happened in the past. 

Please be patient with us and the postal service, they are doing the best they can. 
Our Sendle Couriers are Couriers Please & Aramex - they are the best in the business and almost all of our parcels get to you within the delivery timeframes.
Australia Post is our only postal option for Rural and PO Boxes/Parcel Locker addresses, if they are slow, understand that they are a government service and is the national standard for postage in Australia. 
When enquiring about your late/lost parcels, it would be highly appreciated if you can remain polite and understanding. There is no need to use an angry tone or throw your frustration at us as it wont get your parcel to you any faster. 

Once your order leaves our warehouse, please understand that we have NO CONTROL over shipping/postage in any way. We do our best to coordinate with our couriers in the case of missing or late parcels, but understand that we are just a two person team that is doing our best to ensure your parcels get to you. 


For International orders, how the heck did you find us? We don't offer international shipping at the moment, but if you reaaaaally want our treatos, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.

Where do you Ship and How much is Shipping? 

Domestic Shipping

We ship Australia Wide! PO Boxes and Rural areas included.
To give you the best value, we have Three Shipping Tiers


Tier 1: FREE Shipping

1. Anytime your order contains:

2. When you spend $150 or more in our store.

Tier 2: $5 Shipping

1. When you spend $99 or more in our store.

Tier 3: $10 Shipping

If you don't qualify for Tier 1 or Tier 2 Shipping, then you can opt for Tier 3 $10 Shipping for all street addresses in AU. 

Tier 4: $12 Shipping

If you want us to send to a PO box or Parcel Locker/Parcel Collect, please select $12 shipping as we have to use Australia Post. 

 
For Metro areas, we use Sendle (Couriers Please & Aramex)
For Rural areas, we use Australia Post.
Please note that as of 30 Oct 2023, all WA orders can only be sent via Australia Post. 

International Shipping

At this stage we are not shipping internationally (yet). But if you are still super keen on getting your hands on our treats, then please message us at woof@fergusonstreatos.com.au and we can sort something out. 
 
 

Do you do Returns?

Hopefully you would never want to return yummy treatos, but if you must - yes!

If you are unhappy with your purchase, reach out to us via Contact Us page or send us an email woof@fergusonstreatos.com.au within 14 days after you receive your treatos to organise a return. A couple of things though:

  • All returned products must be unopened and in its original packaging, undamaged and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We will be deducting the cost of postage returns from the refunded amount 
  • Your original postage fee will not be refunded

We will provide you with further return instructions once you have emailed us.

If you have received the wrong treatos than what you ordered, please contact us and we will organise a return accordingly.
