We ship Australia Wide! PO Boxes and Rural areas included.
Australia Post is the only shipping option for orders going to QLD, NT and WA

Out of Stock Items
During peak sale periods we often run into supply issues. Due to the slow drying process & natural ingredients required to make our treatos, this is unavoidable.
Usually we will mark out of stock items as a "pre-order".
In the event you have ordered an out of stock item, it means that your treatos are being dried or waiting to be dried.
Please note that all items in your order must be in stock before we can ship them out to you. We appreciate your patience.
As long as you have received a confirmation email, your orders will get to you, please do not worry.
You will not receive a tracking link until we print your shipping labels, generally this is when your order is ready to be dispatched.

New Zealand Shipping
We ship to New Zealand at cost. Please select the shipping options at checkout. We can ship all our products to NZ except poultry items due to NZ Customs & Border rules.
IMPORTANT: Please note that we cannot offer you a refund or any kind of credit should your order be thrown out by NZ customs.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide at cost! Please select the shipping options at checkout.
IMPORTANT: Please note that we cannot offer you a refund or any kind of credit should your order be thrown out by your receiving country's customs & immigration.
Please make sure that country of residence can accept commercially packaged dried meat products.
Special Note on Shipping
Note that shipping can take between 2-20 Business Days from dispatch (ie. the moment the order leaves our warehouse)
During peak sale periods (EOFY, Black Friday) please be prepared for extended dispatch + delivery times.
Your orders will generally leave our warehouse between 1-3 business days since you placed the order.
There are a lot of factors that determine how fast your order will get to you and unfortunately none of which we have any control over.
If your parcel is lost or doesn't arrive as per the tracking page, please email us at woof@fergusonstreatos.com.au and we are always happy to re-send your order again without incurring any fees. Though this is rare, it has happened in the past.
Please be patient with us and the postal service, they are doing the best they can. Our Couriers are Australia Post, Couriers Please & Aramex- they are the leading courier services in Australia and almost all of our parcels get to you within the delivery timeframes.
Australia Post is our only postal option for Rural and PO Boxes/Parcel Locker addresses. If they are slow, understand that they are a government service and is the national standard for postage in Australia.
When enquiring about your late/lost parcels, it would be highly appreciated if you can remain polite and understanding. There is no need to use an angry tone or throw your frustration at us as it wont get your parcel to you any faster.
Once your order leaves our warehouse, please understand that we have NO CONTROL over shipping/postage in any way. We do our best to coordinate with the couriers in the case of missing or late parcels, but understand that we are just a two person team that is doing our best to ensure your parcels get to you.

Parcel Re-send due to Incorrect/Missing Addresses
Please check your shipping address is correct at checkout. Often, your auto-fill settings inputs incorrect or old addresses.
Once your order is confirmed, please check your order confirmation email that the address submitted with your order is correct.
If you've accidentally submitted the wrong address, please email us asap to woof@fergusonstreatos.com.au
We will change your address for you if we haven't shipped your order. If your order has shipped, please be aware that there will be extra fees to redirect your order to a new address.
