The treatos are still the same quality as all our other treatos, the "bargain" part refers to the not-so-perfect bag. The label might be a bit wonky, or the bag has a few slight markings on it, we also sometimes make a mistake with our labelling and have a perfectly usable bag that looks imperfect on the outside.
Rather than throw the bag out and waste it, we use it to give you guys a good bargain!

Delivery Information: Orders are dispatched Mon-Fri from our warehouse in Melbourne, VIC. For most metro areas, it will generally get to you between 1-5 business days from order dispatch. For rural, it can take up to 10 business days from order dispatch, or more during peak sale periods.

All of our treatos are completely dry and shelf stable. We recommend consuming all treatos within 12 months of your purchase date.

All our products are guaranteed for 12 months from date of purchase. Should there be any product issues within the 12 months, please contact us and we will help you resolve the issues.
If there is nothing wrong with the product and you would still like to return, then you are welcome to return your unopened treatos within 14 days of purchase. Please note that return postage will be at your cost.
If you have a particularly fussy dog and are not sure whether they will like the treatos, we recommend purchasing our Starter Pack as it allows you to open one bag (Taster Bag) for your dog to try the treatos and still be eligible for a return, should they not like it.
Every product in our store, except the Starter Pack, must remain unopened to be eligible for a refund.
